Nicky Lloyd – Head of Lettings
If you want to know anything about lettings, then make sure you ask Nicky! With many years of experience, Nicky guides investment landlords on the right path to purchasing the perfect Buy-To-Let property and provides expert advice to new and existing landlords.

Kyle Finlayson – Senior Property Manager
Kyle is our go to for tenants looking to secure a new property and he carries out our property viewings. Kyle is our point of contact for both tenants and landlords during those first stages from finding a property, through referencing and lease preparation to key handover. He also helps Nicky manage the ESPC Lettings portfolio.

Alex Skirving - Property Manager
Alex is often found out and about in Edinburgh as he carries out the inspections for our managed properties. He also makes sure our properties and landlords are up to date with compliance and safety checks.
