Market research from ESPC has once again shown that solicitor estate agents achieve a 3% higher price for property sales.

Figures release by the HMRC show a decreasing volume of residential property sales in the UK amidst Brexit uncertainty. However, ESPC data tells a different story about Edinburgh, with rising sales volumes compared to last year.
