ESPC unveils second phase of “Get Ahead of the Game” campaign
Leading Scottish property portal ESPC has unveiled its latest campaign for Autumn 2023, aimed at those looking to purchase a property in Scotland.
The second phase of the portal’s “Get Ahead of the Game” campaign follows on from its initial launch earlier this year and focuses on ESPC’s ‘Exclusive’ offering, whereby 80% of properties listed on espc.com appear there 72 hours before being listed on any other property portal – therefore giving househunters choosing to use ESPC the opportunity to ‘get ahead of the game’ and get ahead of other buyers in the market. The campaign also includes messaging around accessing the ‘need-to-know' property information published on espc.com that helps buyers to act quickly, including instant access to Home Reports.
Shot by Mark Seager and created by Lane, overseen by Creative Director Fletch, the campaign depicts a househunter searching espc.com on his tablet in the comfort of his armchair – a rocket-propelled armchair that quite literally puts him ahead of the other property seekers left trailing behind him.
This new launch follows on from the earlier video burst of the campaign, which saw a househunter speeding ahead of a queue of prospective house viewers on her jet-powered roller skates, becoming the first to gain access to her desired home by using ESPC to search for property.
The campaign comprises a suite of imagery to be used across OOH and digital spaces, as well as on social media, with accompanying messaging across Scottish radio. The initial campaign will continue to run across on-demand and live TV services across Scotland.
Leanne Watson, Head of Marketing at ESPC, said: “The Scottish property market is currently extremely competitive, and in our latest campaign, we wanted to show how using ESPC can really help buyers gain a crucial advantage. The campaign is fun, fresh and offers a light-hearted look at one of the major benefits that using ESPC brings to buyers in a competitive market, literally propelling you to the front of the pack and giving you access to hundreds of properties three days before anyone else sees them.”
