About the speakers
Come along to our free property maintenance event and find out how you can maintain the building you are living in. We've teamed up with various architects and ESPC Lettings to provide you with the tools required to assess the building’s condition and demonstrate how to carry out repairs.
Property repair and maintenance
Jo Parry Geddes from MILL Architects will go into detail on how to repair and maintain your building. She will also be covering stonework and tenement repairs.
Rental properties' maintenance
Myles Cleghorn from ESPC Lettings will be giving information on how to look after the rental property from a landlord and tenant perspective.
Changes in energy efficiency
Patrick McCurdie from the Scottish Government will be talking about the upcoming changes in energy efficiency.
How to improve energy efficiency
Gloria Lo from OiSA Designs will be sharing tips on how to improve energy efficiency and will be giving a piece of general advice on health and wellbeing within a dwelling.
After the presentation, we'll have a Q&A session with the speakers, where our experts can discuss your questions or concerns.
