You need to register for the event. However, appointments on the day are on a first come, first served basis. For any questions regarding the event, email marketing@espc.com. If you would like to be informed of future events and landlord information just let us know!

Buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. They are however supervised and applicants can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service if they feel they have not been properly advised.

Journalists and members of the press may be present at the ESPC Property Information Centre during this event, in order to film or interview members of the public.
