First time buyers' drop-in event in Edinburgh
Knowing where to start with your home-buying journey can be difficult, but it doesn't need to be! Register for our free first time buyers' drop-in event for expert advice and information on your first home purchase.

This event is a drop-in event, meaning that you can come along to the Property Information Centre anytime between 4.30pm and 6.30pm. However, you must register for this event in advance.
At the event
We've got experts on hand to help with all your buying questions. They understand that you need information on where to start and will help you work out what to do next:
- The solicitor will tell you about the legal process, prices within different areas to suit your budget and the costs involved with the legal side
- The independent mortgage adviser will advise on your affordability and help with any mortgage-related questions.
On the evening you will also be able to benefit from incentives from new build developers, property sales prices, and market information.
ESPC will help you look at all aspects of the moving process so the decision you make is from an informed position.

The initial consultation with an adviser is free and without obligation. Thereafter, ESPC Mortgages' charges for mortgage advice are usually £350 (£295 for first time buyers). YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR OTHER LOANS SECURED AGAINST IT.
