Presenting ESPC’s Open Viewing, a YouTube series showcasing standout homes across the ESPC regions, celebrating the stories and design behind some of the region’s most remarkable homes.
What is ESPC’s Open Viewing?
ESPC’s Open Viewing is a brand-new YouTube property series showcasing exceptional homes from across the ESPC regions.
In each episode, our presenter and guest judges explore unique homes, meeting the homeowners, discovering the inspiration behind each property and uncovering what makes every space special.
From beautifully renovated period properties to contemporary family homes and countryside escapes, Open Viewing celebrates the variety, personality and creativity found in homes across Scotland.
During each viewing, our judges will hypothetically decide whether they would:
- Make an offer
- Note interest
- Move on
*All decisions are purely for the purposes for this programme. In practice, any real life property purchase would be made through an ESPC solicitor estate agent.*
Their decisions, alongside audience votes, will help determine which homes progress through the series.
At the end of each episode, viewers will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite featured property via ESPC’s social media channels, with selected homes progressing to the series finale.
How does it work?
1. Enter your home
Complete the entry form below and upload:
- Five images of your property
- A short, optional video tour
- A few details about your home and its story
2. Shortlisting
Selected homeowners will be contacted by the ESPC team to discuss the next stage of filming.
3. Filming
Successful properties will feature in an episode of ESPC’s Open Viewing, where our presenter and guest judges will tour the home and meet the homeowners.
4. Audience voting
After each episode airs, viewers can vote for their favourite property via ESPC’s Instagram.
5. The finale
The top-performing homes from across the series will progress to the final episode, where one property will be selected as the winner of ESPC’s Open Viewing.
Who can enter?
- Nominated properties must be in the eligible Scottish regions - Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Scottish Borders.
- All owners must be over 18 years old.
- The property must have been bought or sold through an ESPC Solicitor Estate Agent.
- Homeowners must be comfortable being filmed and featured across ESPC digital channels.
- Properties currently being marketed for sale, under offer or sold subject to contract are not eligible to enter.
- All entrants must apply on or before the closing date - Monday 13th of July 2026.
