Transport

Lothian Buses run several routes through Leith Links: the number 1, 21 and 25. The number 1 and number 25 both head into the city centre, whereas the 21 loops through the Edinburgh suburbs from the Royal Infirmary in the south-east to the Gyle Centre in the west. There is no train station in Leith Links, however residents in the southern end of Leith Links are only a 20 minute walk from Edinburgh Waverley where they can hop on a train to numerous locations right across the UK.

Green Space and Parks

The Leith Links park is an expansive open space right in the middle of the suburb of Leith Links. It's mainly open grass and is great for a picnic. 

Leith Rugby Club and their grounds also fall within Leith Links. 

Residents of Leith Links can also walk to Craigentinny Golf Course and Lochend Park within 30 minutes, and then Holyrood Park is under an hour, where Arthur's Seat is located.

There is a Tesco Superstore on the road between Leith Links and Leith Walk

All other food shops are express stores and corner shops.

Ocean Terminal shopping centre is less than a 30 minute walk from Leith Links, where you will find a generous selection of shops and dining options. Residents are also less than an hour's walk from the shops along Princes Street in Edinburgh City Centre

Residents can register for a GP at Links Medical Centre or Leith Surgery. There is currently only one dentist in Leith Walk, KF Dental, but you'll find some more in Leith itself and in Leith Walk
