Haymarket is a small but popular residential area that lies just west of the main city centre. It is home to Haymarket Station, which provides rail access to stations across Scotland making it a great option for buyers who require easy access to public transport.

When it comes to property choices, Haymarket mainly offers traditional tenement flats. Though houses, mainly townhouse style, do occasionally come on the market.

Haymarket is also a popular place for landlords looking for a new buy-to-let investment. Please speak to ESPC Lettings for more information.
