For your chance to win a £75 John Lewis voucher, take a pic in your new ESPC Lettings poncho and upload it to Instagram by 31st August. Don’t forget to tag us @espc.property and use #espclettingshasyoucovered.

Terms and conditions

  • Ponchos will be handed out between the 5th - 23rd of August. Or a poncho can be collected from the ESPC office. 
  • Only one entry per person.
  • The draw closes at 23:59 on Saturday 31st August and the winner will be selected at random by 5pm on Friday 6th September. 
  • The prize is a £75 voucher for John Lewis. This will be emailed to the winner. 
  • The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram social platform within 7 days of the draw.
  • If contact cannot be made within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited.
  • ESPC’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
  • This competition is not associated with Instagram. 
  • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Simply post a picture in the ESPC Lettings poncho tagging the official ESPC Instagram account (@espc.property) and using the hashtag #espclettingshasyoucovered.
