"A continuation of Morningside, Comiston is a vibrant residential community with good schooling, local amenities and green spaces. Living on Comiston Road, you are literally minutes walk from Braidburn Valley Park, which provides a great area of trees and grass for dog walking or playing with children. In the summer months there are also occasional events held in the park.

As for facilities, several new coffee shops have opened in the last couple of years. as well as beauty salons and hairdressers, which gives the area a real community feel.

Bus routes are frequent and cover most of the city.
