Win tickets to Edinburgh’s magic festival

Lose yourself in magic this summer with the Edinburgh International Magic Festival, from 1^st to 8th July 2016. Seekers of wonder and amazement can enjoy world-class magic events, unforgettable performances and jaw-dropping stunts from some of the greatest illusionists and mindreaders in the world.

Summerhall is hosting a brand new event as part of the festival – a three day Magic Fair where you can visit the magic and circus shop, escape from the ribbon maze, take part in workshops and enjoy the open-air courtyard with food and drink, close-up magic, comedy, illusions and sleight of hand.

With three different sessions to choose from – Family Mornings, Afternoon Alchemy and Lates – there’s something for everyone. Look out for incredible interactive performances from the BBC’s The Real Hustle star R. Paul Wilson and sell-out Scottish mindreader Colin Cloud, star of Michael McIntyre’s Big Show. Choose your own magic adventure and create your perfect mix of shows and spontaneous magic performances.

Other festival highlights include the spectacular MagicFest Gala Show, Magic School workshops for kids, the deliciously mysterious Magic a la Carte, the return of the popular Secret Room at Lauriston Castle and lots of other surprises around the city.
