To celebrate the launch of our new stylish ESPC Paper we are giving you the chance to win a £50 voucher for the delicious new Jamie's Italian in Edinburgh.

Our staff will be handing out The ESPC Paper with a prize draw form along George Street each Thursday at varied times until 25th October.  If you are lucky enough to spot a member of staff handing out The ESPC Paper, just take a copy then hand your form back to the ESPC showroom at 85 George Street and wait until Monday 29th October to see if you're the lucky winner!

 

FREE Limelight Web

In addition if you're currently selling through ESPC you can get a FREE Limelight Web! When you hand your flyer back to a member of staff tell them your property address, they'll activate the two week feature instantly!

  • Your property will appear on the homepage in the "feature property" rotation.

Terms and Conditions: All entrants must be over 18. Closing date for entries is Friday 26th October,
5pm.  Winner will be chosen at random from all entries on Monday 29th October and contacted by the details provided in the entry form.  Entry forms are only available outside the ESPC Showroom at selected times on a Thursday until 25th October 2012.Forms cannot be requested within the showroom.  There are no cash alternatives. One entry per person. The competition is not open to ESPC employees. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, ESPC reserve the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries received before the closing date. Free Limelight Web can only be claimed in the showroom with the form and must be activated at the time of handing in the flyer.  The property must be registered with ESPC.  Each property registration can only take advantage of the free Limelight Web offer once.
