ESPC is delighted to be hosting our first ever livestream event which will take place later this month.

The 'A Year in Review' event will be streamed live across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to discuss what’s happened in the property industry across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife and the Borders.

Streamed live from Edinburgh’s Skybar on 25 January, we’ll be providing insight and top tips on buying and selling, becoming a landlord, buying for the first time, mortgage advice and much more with an extensive panel of industry experts.

There have been a lot of changes in the property market over the past year from hikes in interest rates to changes to property tax. This is an exciting opportunity to understand what the impact of these events were for the property market and what impact they will have going forward.

The event will be hosted by Ash Mcinulty, ESPC’s Head of Member Services, and the panel includes: Paul Hilton, ESPC; Andrew Diamond, Lindsays; Amy Howard, Neilsons; Dave Marshall, Warners; Laura Walker, Deans; Caitlin Keegan, Gillespie Macandrew; Imran Ali, Wallace Quinn; Nicky Lloyd, ESPC Lettings and Murray Souter, ESPC Mortgages.

ESPC events are free of charge and hosted by a mix of property specialists, including solicitor estate agents, mortgage advisors and lettings experts, so that you can be sure you’re getting tailor-made, up-to-date advice on the Scottish property market.
