DGSPC is now part of ESPC
On 17th July, DGSPC became part of ESPC. DGSPC agents are now members of ESPC.
Now that they have joined ESPC, solicitor estate agents will be able to effectively market homes in the Dumfries and Galloway areas to engaged buyers across all ESPC areas. ESPC is the largest property marketing company in Scotland, advertising properties for sale across Edinburgh, the Lothians, Fife, the Scottish Borders, central and west of Scotland.
Those selling their home in Dumfries and Galloway through an ESPC agent will have their property featured on espc.com, which receives hundreds of thousands of visits per week. Buyers looking for homes in Dumfries and Galloway can find them easily using the user-friendly ESPC website and mobile app.
The DGSPC staff and agents have worked very hard to ensure the success of DGSPC over the years. By joining ESPC, agents will have the opportunity to build on this success and continue providing an excellent service to buyers and sellers in the area.
Paul Hilton, CEO of ESPC, said: “We are delighted to welcome DGSPC agents to ESPC and are keen to ensure a smooth transition for sellers, agents and house hunters alike.
“ESPC has grown significantly in recent years to market properties not only across Edinburgh, the Lothians and Fife, but also in the Borders, as well as central and west of Scotland. We’re excited to now include Dumfries and Galloway properties on ESPC as well.
