Grace Nicholson, husband John and children Sophie and Angus have lived in the property since 2011, finding an ideal space for raising a young family. “We were really happy to find a place in town with a garden as it was important to have some greenery. We never had plans to live in a basement flat, but when we went to see it we noticed how sunny it was, and for a basement flat it was very airy and bright.”
