The ESPC Mortgages team are all experienced mortgage advisers who are passionate about finding the right mortgage for their clients. Learn more about their experience below!
David Lauder
David has been with ESPC Mortgages since 2005 and has experience in all types of mortgages and dealing with all different types of clients and circumstances. He specialises in helping First Time Buyers get their first home and home-mover's buying and selling and taking them by the hand through the whole process. David has a Diploma in Financial Services and is fully CEMAP qualified.
David also loves most sports and enjoys watching football, as well as running and walking his dog.
Paul DeMarco
Paul has been with ESPC since July 2005. He was initially employed as Mortgage and Financial Adviser, then chose to focus on mortgages and protection in 2009. He has a Full FPC, as well as a CMAP in Advanced Mortgage Advice and a CMAP Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
In his spare time he plays badminton and 5-a-side football, as well as practising yoga. He also like to spend time with the family dogs and loves to cook.
Shirley Mushet
Shirley loves helping first time buyers through the journey, where they can use her as a bit of a sounding board on all things mortgage related including; affordability, property type and condition etc. Buy-to-Lets are another area that she is passionate about. Buy-to-Let mortgages are very different to residential mortgages so it is well worth getting in touch to talk through the options.
Outside of work you can find Shirley enjoying long walks with her dog.
