About the speakers

Legislation
Nicky Lloyd, our head of ESPC Lettings will ensure you are up to date will all the new and upcoming legislation required for all landlords.

Finance
ESPC Mortgages, independent mortgage advisers, will offer advice on the best way to make a return on your investments, plus information regarding standard buy-to-let and reverse buy-to-let mortgages. Murray Souter will be there on the night. 

Talking tax
Claire Maxwell from Johnston Carmichael will be joining us to provide all the information you need with regards to tax for your rental property or portfolio.

The market
With the joint forces of ESPC and Citylets, the market leader in the lettings sector, the information on the night will give you the most accurate picture of the local market.

Best practice landlord
Graham Keith from Blackadders will advise on the legal dos and don'ts of letting.

Buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. They are however supervised and applicants can complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service if they feel they have not been properly advised.
