About Murrayburn

Murrayburn is a popular location with first time buyers and young families. Neighbouring areas include Sighthill, Wester Hailes and Kingsknowe.  Stevenson College and the Sighthill campus of Napier University are both near at hand. The main Heriot-Watt University campus is a short distance away at Riccarton. Flatted developments make up the majority of properties in Murrayburn.

Westside Plaza is the main social and shopping hub of the area and there is a swimming pool at the Wester Hailes Education Centre. Education at primary and secondary levels is available locally.
