Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload and acting on clients’ behalf in a variety of residential property transactions, including purchase, sale, new build, remortgage, transfer of title, discharge, and voluntary registration.
  • Taking client instructions and negotiating missives from initial offer through to completion.
  • Liaising with lenders, other solicitors, Registers of Scotland, Revenue Scotland, searchers, introducers, and estate agents.
  • Proactively progressing transactions and obtaining information from the other side to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.

About You

  • Qualified and Experienced Paralegal with a background in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong organisational and case management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player.
