More exposure for your property

If you are advertising your home with ESPC you'll want to know that we are doing everything possible to bring a buyer knocking at your door.  In which case you'll be pleased to know that we are launching our latest advertising campaign this week. Therefore ESPC will be in even more places around the area than usual, constantly reminding buyers where they will find their perfect home. So, in addition to the 500,000 visitors to espc.com, 10,000 people visiting the showrooms and 120,000 papers delivered each month, we will also be tackling the great outdoors where we will be visible to thousands more buyers!

The latest campaign focuses on the brand new espc.com, the number one place where people in East Central Scotland search for property.  Advertising spots will include STV, buses and a number of billboards in high profile locations. The TV can be previewed here.

What's new with espc.com

Our new site is all about you!  The team at ESPC spent the majority of last year finding out what our customers liked and disliked about our old website and building the new site.  Our customers asked us for the new site to be quicker, easier and smarter… so we created the new espc.com based on this.  We have even named it 'Joe' as a constant reminder that the new website is all about our customers and not what we would like internally!

Alternatively you can book an appointment for a time which suits you.  It is sometimes easier to arrange your move in person where you can see who you are dealing with and have peace of mind it will all be taken care of for you.
