The Role

Maloco Mowat Parker, a Dunfermline based Solicitor and Estate Agents are looking for a full-time Sales Negotiator to join our busy team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strong customer service skills and time management.
  • Experience in sales negotiating/ estate agency background.
  • Dealing with offers and negotiating on property sales.
  • Arranging viewings and obtaining viewing feedback.
  • Used to working in a busy environment and staying calm under pressure.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls, as well as emails and walk in office enquiries.
  • New client engagement and sales introductions.
  • Contacting sellers with sale updates ensuring all needs are met.
  • Instructing properties live on market, arranging home reports and photography.
  • Creating invoices, issuing sales paperwork and ID checks.
  • Working closely with solicitors and managing entry dates upon settlements.
