We at ESPC know how important it is to plan for the future at any stage of life. That’s why we have teamed up with St James’ Place Wealth Management, the Scottish Building Society and Lindsays to bring together the experts and equip you with the knowledge and tools to make decisions about the future.

Our later life planning seminar will be hosted at our George Street Property Information Centre on Thursday the 25th October from 5.30pm–7.30pm. Our experts will be discussing equity release, estate planning, wills and other useful topics.

David Wilkinson from St James’s Place Wealth Management will cover topics such as income from an annuity, investment ISAs, tax planning, non-pension assets and cashflow modelling, which will help you understand how your money could work best for you during retirement.

Alex Moffat from the Scottish Building Society will discuss equity release and lending into retirement to make sure that you are in a clear position when planning for the future.

Clare McCarroll from Lindsays will provide information on wills and estate planning, including a power of attorney, trusts, tax planning, guardianship and care fees to ensure that you are aware of the available options when it comes to thinking about yourself or a family member.

After the presentations, there will be a Q&A session and then event attendees are welcome to speak to the experts, who can answer any specific questions or concerns relating to your individual circumstances.

The later life planning seminar will be held at the ESPC Property Information Centre at 107 George Street on Thursday the 25th October from 5.30pm–7.30pm. The event is free to attend, but you must register in advance. To register, head to the events page.
