About the Role

As our Marketing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-impact campaigns, supporting digital marketing, and owning our partnership programme. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, agencies, and partners—helping build, maintain, and optimise relationships that grow our brand and create new business opportunities.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where your ideas and initiative will be valued—and where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead partnership management: act as the key contact for all existing and future partners. Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the ESPC brand.
  • Plan and execute content, events, and promotions in collaboration with partners.
  • Monitor partner activity, event engagement, and campaign performance—reporting on success against key KPIs.
  • Create reports and insights based on data, helping shape future campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate on company-wide marketing projects and bring new promotional ideas to the table.
  • Support cross-functional teamwork, content creation, digital communications, and internal engagement.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with demonstrable partnership and campaign experience.
  • Excellent relationship-builder with a confident, collaborative communication style.
  • Strong copywriting and creative campaign development skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing digital advertising and analysing performance data.
  • Knowledge of key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CMS, email tools, etc.).
  • Highly organised, strategic, and data-driven.
  • Creative, proactive, and eager to make a difference.

Why Join Us?

  • You’ll have real ownership of key marketing and partnership projects.
  • Work in a supportive, close-knit marketing team.
  • Be part of a brand with strong local presence and ambitious goals.
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across events, media, and digital channels.
