We are dedicated to maintaining our position as the first place that buyers in Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife look for their next home. A key part of achieveing this is the ESPC brand.

As our business is advertising homes for sale, it is critical that we have buyers coming to our website, picking up our free paper and visiting our showrooms. Since on a monthly basis we have 500,000 visitors to espc.com, over 10,000 people through the doors of our showrooms and distribute 120,000 newspapers, ESPC is the place people turn to first when looking for their next home.

We want to keep it that way. To achieve this we have to invest in our brand and make sure that when people think property, their second thought is ESPC.ESPC TV ad

Between August and November you will be seeing and hearing much more from ESPC.For example:

  • August & October: we are advertising on STV in the broadcast area that covers Edinburgh, Lothians and Fife. If you want to see the TV advert please visit our YouTube channel.
  • September: if you tune into Radio Forth or Capital Radio (East) you will hear adverts from ESPC.
  • September, October & November: the ESPC brand will be appearing on various outdoor advertising locations.
  • We are continuing to invest in how espc.com performs on search engines.
