Through the ESPC Exclusive participating members firms agree to list properties with ESPC 72 hours prior to listing them on a 3rd party or non-SPC portal. Users of espc.com and the ESPC app will find properties advertised before they appear on any other 3rd party (non SPC portal).

  1. Interpretation

1.1 In this Contract: -

“Exclusive” means a property which is not marketed on any other paid for platform (excluding other SPC’s)

 for at least 72 hours following registration with ESPC;

  1. Your Obligations

4.1 You shall market properties on an Exclusive basis with ESPC for a minimum of 72 hours from the point of registration.

4.2 You shall display an ESPC branded flag on the “for sale” board marketing any Exclusive property.

4.3 Prior to marketing a property you shall advise ESPC if the property is to be excluded from the Services.

4.4 You shall co-operate with us in all matters relating to the Services and provide, in a timely manner, such Input Material and other information as we may reasonably request and ensure that it is accurate in all material respects.

76 member firms have signed terms and conditions and have agreed to list the majority of their properties through this product. Over the past 3 months (October – December 2024), the average percentage per month of Exclusive properties listed on espc.com is 81%.
