Windygates is a small village to the north of the River Leven, located between Markinch and the town of Leven. It covers an area which originally encompassed a number of individual hamlets and estates until they were brought together as a result of the housing demands of the 20th century. Situated at the junction of the A911, A915 and A916, Windygates was once an important staging post on the coach route linking N and central Fife with the Pettycur ferry across the Firth of Forth. Still a major road junction, the centre of the village is now bypassed by a dual carriage way. The village has local shopping facilities and a primary school and is well placed for access to the commercial towns of Glenrothes and Kirkcaldy.

Whether you are looking for a house, flat, bungalow, apartment, new build or any other kind of property for sale or for rent, ESPC may have the one in Windygates that you are looking for.
