It’s that time of year again where we give away a pair of tickets to the MagicFair, part of Edinburgh’s annual celebration of magic.

MagicFair returns to Summerhall, between 30th June and 2nd July, and features over 80 live magic shows, the greatest illusionists from around the world, and plenty of wizarding fun to keep all ages entertained.

MagicFair is part of the Edinburgh International Magic Festival’s week-long programme of enchanting events and spectacular shows. Organisers call it a three-day Magic Theme Park, and one ticket into MagicFair gives you entry to live magic shows, drop-in events, workshops and spontaneous fun in the courtyard.

Morning sessions are designed for all the family with a mini magic school, wand crafting corner, Brilliant Beasts, Monkey Magic and 20-minute magic shows from Morgan & West and Tricky Ricky.

Teens and adults will enjoy afternoon sessions featuring international illusionists, sleight-of-hand masters and world-class magicians, or learn magic tricks from the pros in hands-on workshops, get lost in a jungle of colour in the Ribbon Maze and take part in a Magic Quest around Summerhall.

Late night thrill-seekers can party into the wee witching hours at MagicFair Lates. Expect horror magicians, mind-breaking mentalism, daredevil stunts and adult comedy, plus pop-up bars, street food and entertainment. Whichever session you choose, you’re promised a thrilling ride on the MagicFair rollercoaster!
