Deans Solicitors and Estate Agents LLP is a busy legal and property business with offices in Edinburgh and the historic town of South Queensferry. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our Property Team as a Property Sales Negotiator in our Head Office at 3 St Patrick Street, Edinburgh. Previous property experience is essential.

This is a wide-ranging role that includes:

  • Managing a bank of on market properties, advising clients on marketing strategy
  • Negotiating effectively on incoming offers
  • Dealing with incoming property enquiries to convert enquiries to sales
  • Undertaking all elements of administration in relation to property sales
  • Ensuring our case management system and all online property portals are kept up to date

  • Team working – working closely with colleagues across the property and legal teams to deliver efficient and smooth service to clients
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritise time sensitive tasks
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Confidence in liaising with clients by email, phone or in-person
  • Willingness to learn and upskill
  • Basic IT skills including Outlook, Word, Excel
