Role: Application Support Specialist
Location: 90 A George Street, Edinburgh
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated addition to one of our busy teams. You will be responsible for testing, diagnosing and resolving application faults as quickly as possible to ensure that applications and platforms are fully operational and able to meet customer expectations.
With initiative, excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude you will use your critical thinking skills to analyse and develop solutions to resolve a wide variety of issues that arise across ESPC’s technology platforms. This will ensure that the number of issues passed to developers to resolve are kept to a minimum.
You will be involved in all aspects of application support including testing, improving processes, producing technical documentation and customer service.
