It's that time of the year again where you can join us on Facebook for a festive competition for a chance to win prizes every day in the lead up to Christmas including chocolates, bottles of wine and free Limelight advertising. To keep on your toes we have different games each day of the week so keep an eye out on Facebook for more details.

Mondays: Spot the difference

We will post a photo from one of our properties for sale through ESPC and you have to tell us what's different about it from the real image which is on espc.com.

Tuesdays: The original festive house hunt

Correctly guess which property for sale on espc.com is behind the festive frame.

Wednesdays: Where's Holly

We'll give you a clue to where a festive holly image is hiding on espc.com. All you have to do is find the page on espc.com and post the link in the comments box under the post.

Thursdays: The ESPC Paper Round

Tell us which page of The ESPC Paper we've posted a photo of.

Fridays: ESPC's Christmas Cracker!

Correctly guess the answer to our Christmas Cracker of the week!

How to enter

All you need to do is visit facebook.com/espc.property and comment under the competition post each day. Or if you are playing along espc.com, email marketing@espc.com with your answer.

Terms and conditions

All entrants must be over 18. The competition runs from 1st to 18th December, excluding weekends. There will be one winner at the end of each day from all the correct entries on Facebook. Entries close at midnight each day. For Limelight prize your property must be marketed through ESPC to use Limelight and must be used as soon as the prize is won, throughout December. There are no cash alternatives. One entry per person per day. The competition is not open to ESPC employees. Winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received before the closing date and notified. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If the winner cannot be contacted within seven days, ESPC reserve the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries received before the closing date. Prizes not collected within one month of notification will be withdrawn.
