The best thing about the area is that you have everything in walking proximity: Arthur's Seat, Portobello Beach, Musseulburgh harbour, shopping centre's and Princes Street.
It also has great bus services: 4, 5, 26 and 44, which run into the night so you don't have to get a taxi home after a night out.
